At Velvet Petals Beauty, we strive to process and deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the shipping timelines, rates, and expectations for all orders within South Africa.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and South African public holidays) before being dispatched.
Once your order has been packed and handed over to the courier, you will receive a tracking confirmation via email.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Timelines

We offer three shipping speeds at checkout to suit your needs:

Note: Delivery times are estimated and begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date.

3. Shipping Expectations & Tracking

Door-to-Door Delivery: Couriers deliver between 08:00 and 17:00 on weekdays. Please provide a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel.
Tracking Your Order: A tracking link will be sent to your email as soon as your package is dispatched. You can monitor its progress directly on the courier portal.
Outlying Areas: Orders shipped to remote or rural areas may lean toward the longer end of the estimated delivery timeline.

4. Delivery Delays & Issues

While we do our best to meet all delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, weather conditions, or courier disruptions. If your package is significantly delayed beyond the stated timeframe, please reach out to us.
